Unable to Open Ticket - config.tar.gz cant be created

No macros will run, unable to get the config.tar.gz for a ticket. not sure how to proceed

in short -after zmod update get a z endstop error- did a full resinstall, factory image works, installing zmod breaks printer again.

I am doing a full stock image restore using
AD5X-factory-1.0.9.tgz
AD5X-factory.tar.xz

Ill follow up sometime tomorrow im sure a full stock install and then a reinstall using this method will work - However if there was a way to get the config.tar.gz from ssh that would be something very useful

hi i'm sorry about replying my issie here but i forget where to submit a ticket.

my printer used to just do a simple bed mesh line where the object to print is and then start. since the update. it now attemps to do that and then does a kamp i think, where it slides around the edge of the bed almost scraping it and then proceeds to do an entire bed leveling again, every print. how do i get it to go back to where it just does the little line of filament and starts the print like normal.

please help me and i sincerely apologize that this is not the place. or please direct me to where i can can submit this issue.

Ended Up having to do a series of things, but thanks to @TMTYD and @ghzserg I am up and running:

Disabling bamufy did not help, but after reinstalling 1.6 i got an mcu mismatch, so i ended up doing a

AD5X-factory-1.0.9.tgz
AD5X-factory.tar.xz
AD5X
AD5X-ENABLE-zmod.tgz
MCU Protocol error

And that fixed it, seeing as I also had ot fix the MCU, I think multiple issues occurred and resulted in the Bambufy disabled not working.

I no longer review tickets without logs.

You could fix position_endstop and open a ticket.

The mod doesn't affect position_endstop.
It's affected by the bambufy and g28_tenz plugins.
Disable the plugins by removing the lines from mod_data/plugins.cfg

Yeah, that makes sense requiring the logs, I was more thinking that it might be useful to have a bash script that will pull the same data as the macro in case the macros not working.

I don't use the g28 tens macro as it's functionality's built into bambufy,

Hopefully I don't sound too cranky I absolutely love z mod and it's made me consider getting some ad5ms for a small print farm. I appreciate all the hard work you do and programming deploying and troubleshooting zmod

PS: So your problem is not with the mod, but with Bambufy.
