Hi @omriattiya, thanks for offering.

I'm open to looking, but I'd want to see something concrete before either of us spends real time on it. Could you put together mockups? The homepage and a docs page would cover most of the surface.

One thing on scope: this is a docs and demos site, so readability and navigation come first. I'm not looking to change the stack or the information architecture. If there are specific things you'd change, list them, and I can tell you early whether they're worth pursuing.

Hi @omriattiya, thanks for the time you put into this.

I'm going to close this one, and I want to be clear about why rather than leave it ambiguous.

In the discussion, I asked for mockups of the homepage and a docs page, plus a list of what you'd change, before either of us spent real time. This PR skips that step. The offer was to redesign the site, but what's here isn't a redesign — the visual delta consists of a background gradient, some entrance animations, and spacing/border adjustments. That's not something I can evaluate against what you proposed.

Separately, there are changes here I can't merge under any circumstances:

• It modifies library source (src/modules/helpers.tsx), which has nothing to do with the website, and then rewrites two tests in test/modules/helpers.spec.tsx to weaker assertions so they still pass. Loosening tests to accommodate an unrelated change isn't something I'll accept.
• It adds PRODUCT.md and .impeccable/live/config.json to the repo root. Those are external tooling artifacts and don't belong in this repository.
• It adds a language selector to the header, which wasn't part of the proposal, and changes ConfigProvider so the locale is always applied. That alters the behavior of every demo on the site, which is well outside a design change.
• userScalable: false in website/src/app/layout.tsx is a deliberate choice, not an oversight.

I'd also note the commit messages don't match their contents — the first one describes spotlight positioning work but contains only PRODUCT.md and the .impeccable config.
