* moving all docker-machine config to be in the same place, mainly for readability. * set the MACHINE_STORAGE_PATH variable to match the layout of the directories in $HOME * means devops-utils image can be a drop in replacement for an existing implementation of docker-machine, and means any new configuration persists between different `docker run` instances.
