Patch release: the import tag now resolves macros imported at the top of an imported file's own defining scope (gh-2).

Also restores two @deprecated annotations in lib/swig.js to 'since 2.2.0' (renderFileAsync / compileFileAsync were deprecated in 2.2.0; earlier make version runs had bumped the annotation to each release version), and anchors the make version sed to the exports.version line so it no longer rewrites @deprecated / @example version strings on future cuts.
