Enhancement: Support for i18n git-scm

This is an enhancement suggestion.

Problem

Currently there is l18n support for translating the git cli interface, the manpages, the progit book. But none for the git-scm site itself. Making translation possible for git-scm site would make a quite complete experience of an translated git eco-system possible.
