just wanna drop some feedback here, really loving the app so far. I'm not skilled enough to dig through the codebase for any "AI slop" but it works well and the improvement pace is solid.

I'm close to replacing Ente (which I genuinely love and paid until end of 2027) because I already have Proton Drive and feel bad using a whole separate drive just for photos while Proton Drive sits at <1% usage.

honestly hope dev keeps up the quality and optimization. and I really hope Proton takes a look at this ,either sponsor/credit akoos or use this as a base idea for their own thing. no idea why they crammed such a half-hearted photo manager into Proton Drive. this app is what Proton Drive photos always should've been.

Thank you :), regarding the Proton side of the story: I had the opportunity to talk with the Drive Mobile EM, and sadly there's no option for them to sponsor the project. The only option was that I join the Proton team full-time and go through the official hiring process, but sadly I don't have the knowledge to pass the bar. They're open to it though, so if I were to study what they ask for etc., I could go and try to apply, but that would be a big ask for me right now. It would also mean the app would need to get aligned with Proton's roadmap, and that it wouldn't be driven by GitHub issues or Reddit feedback anymore, basically.
