Could you also share which version of MacOS you are on? It probably uses an older version of Safari which typically leads to hiccups like this.

Also CC @PavelLaptev who might have an idea what the problem may be.

PS: If you feel adventurous, you could open View -> Developer Tools to inspect the CSS associated with that button. From there one can experiment to make it appear, something that's very helpful for us as we don't have access to older versions of MacOS unfortunately.
