Commit generated code from CRD to dataplane repository

Follow-up to #1304, in particular: #1304 (comment)

Commit the code generated from the CRD, as we used to have with k8s-intf/src/generated/gateway_agent_crd.rs, now removed.

I don't understand the motivation for this.

Generated code in rust is commonplace and basically never committed.

Every single instance of derive generates code. We have hundreds of those (maybe thousands).

The DPDK bindgen generates code.

The macros we ourselves maintain generate code.

The macros we depend on from other packages generate code.

Every single instance of debug!, info! et al. generate code.

Literally none of it gets checked in.

You can see the generated code at any time using cargo-expand.

I don't understand the reasoning for making this particular generated code special.

This is equally true of C and C++ by the way. Macros are common and I have never seen any project commit the pre-processed output. Every single instance of #include or template<...>.

This is also commonplace in projects which use gRPC, or thrift.

Typescript projects don't usually check in the .js files the compiler generates either.

Python projects don't (or at least really shouldn't) check in the .pyc files.
