Tips for Auto Model mode

Anyone have any tips for getting the most out of Auto Model mode? When I've tried it, I've gotten a lot of foot dragging, tasks not started, model apologizing to me for misleading me, etc. If you use and love Auto Model mode, I would love to hear your thoughts on how to get the most out of it. Auto model is currently not working well at all.

Reported multiple, multiple, multiple times in the issue section. It will often tell you it did things and actually do nothing. Sometimes if you push it a little it will do the work but often you have to switch out of the auto mode and then it will do work. All wasted credits and you end up not getting the advertised 10% savings from using Auto mode.

Currently I keep it on Auto until it starts being lazy, then I will force it do the work by switching to a manual model. Once it's done the work I switch back to Auto, until it gets lazy again. Sometimes it's really lazy and it will never actually do anything and other times it works long enough for me to get through my session on Auto.
