Kimi K2.7 Code shown with reasoning-effort level even though Kimi has no reasoning levels

Summary

When switching to the Kimi K2.7 Code model, the UI displays the reasoning-effort level of the previously selected model.

In each case where Kimi is selected, the previously-set reasoning-effort level (Medium, then Low) is still appended to the model-change message, even though Kimi does not expose reasoning-level controls.

Steps to reproduce

1. Switch to a model that supports reasoning levels (e.g., Claude Opus 4.6) and set reasoning effort to "Low".
2. Switch to Kimi K2.7 Code.
3. Observe that the system message still shows "Model changed to Kimi K2.7 Code Low".
