Feature request: Implement plan prompt should accept Escape to exit prompt and return to plan mode.

Currently gives options:

1. Approve and implement with autopilot (recommended)
2. Exit plan mode and will prompt myself
3. [Suggest changes to the plan...]

I'd like to perform the exit the prompt but stay in plan mode and continue iterating. Option 2 above switches to interactive mode.
