I am trying to replicate this for an internal marketplace for our company. I have the same folder structure but my agents & skills are not downloading to the local folder when installed.

The structure we have on the main branch isn't valid per the plugin "spec" because of how we use this repo. you're better off looking at the marketplace branch as that's what GitHub Copilot harnesses actually use.
