Mention #codebase instead of #workspace #1216

@SiegeSailor

Description

@SiegeSailor

On the Understanding Copilot Context#Common Questions section, I see:

Using #workspace in chat explicitly searches across your entire repository.

However, I haven't seen such function working in my GitHub Copilot. I have tried restarting, redownloading, relogging-in, and even switch to other machines, none of them gave me access to #workspace. I have been using #codebase as alternative (Also, see https://github.com/orgs/community/discussions/102854):

So my question is: Is it true that #codebase should be used instead of #workspace to access the entire repository? If that's true, I can submit a PR for this (Or, I will appreciate anyone who does this documentation patch).
