Updates the CodeQL Action’s default CodeQL bundle/CLI versions to 2.25.5 (used for tools: linked and on GHES), including the corresponding prior-version fields and changelog entry.
Changes:
- Bump
bundleVersion/cliVersioninsrc/defaults.jsonto 2.25.5 and shift prior versions to 2.25.4. - Regenerate/update compiled artifacts in
lib/to reflect the new default versions. - Add an UNRELEASED changelog entry documenting the default bundle update.
