In github/codespaces-codeql#12 we moved the source for our tutorial database into `.tours` in order to avoid confusing the user when we load the database into the workspace, since they'd see two databases. Since this is just the source, we'd like to hide it.

We use the `codeql-tutorial-database` folder to generate a tutorial database for you and load it in the workspace. After that, the user will see two databases which might be confusing. We can hide this source folder in `.tours` to make it slightly less confusing.
