skills toogle wrong index /skills menu

Describe the bug

Looking at the installed skills, They don't toggle the right index.

I have some skills issues and the that is causing problems. I am not sure if it's because of any of the issues, or because it's a skill that was from claude but once it gets to that one the index increases by 1 in the toggle and the bottom toggle modifies the higher one. See video
