Model thinking mode missing

Describe the bug

When switching models the thinking mode is now missing that could previously be seen. It still works to change thinking mode by pressing left and right key but not visible

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. start copilot cli
2. Do /models
3. choose a model
4. It auto choses medium
5. Do /models again and do a right arrow key on the model you want and see the thinking level change to high

This has been fixed in v1.0.16. After selecting a model, the picker now shows a dedicated reasoning effort step with Low, Medium, High, and Extra High options. The current effort level is also visible in the status bar. If you believe this isn't resolved, feel free to reopen this issue.
