GitHub Copilot CLI is not showing the correct set of models which are enabled and disabled at org/enterprise level #2470

Describe the bug
Copilot CLI doesn't respect policies for models enabled/disabled in org level. it still shows the models which are even though disabled

Steps to reproduce the behavior
Enabled Models shows in CLI
Disabled Models shows in CLI
Expected behavior
Actual models enabled in GitHub Org are totally different than what shows here, Also we have crated some custom models which we wanted to use for copilot but CLI doesn;t even show them. Even those are working fine in GitHub Copilot Chat or IDE. But not in CLI
