Cannot List models by /model command, shows "Failed to load models: access denied by Copilot policy." after update cli version

I was using copilot CLI normally before I update the version from 1.0.24 to 1.0.25, then got up error after update, i've tried logout and relogin, rollback to 1.0.24, exit and relaunch, none of them works, its just, cannot use the CLI anymore.
