Pro+ - Requests jumped down from 63% to ~30%, usage didn't change and I was using ~1% per day before

Describe the bug

Hi guys,
I'm reaching out because I was concerned about my copilot usage % number jumping around, this morning it was cut by half, I was trying to budget for the month, but it seems to be thrown off. For what it's worth I saw this with my enterprise account at my job as well so it might just be an infrastructure thing.

For reference I tend to only use the CLI.
