Marketplace installation over SSH fails #3102

Describe the bug

trying to add a marketplace, copilot cli tries to pull the repo via HTTPS, prepending https:// to repo url, regardless the repo is passed as SSH formatted url

Affected version

GitHub Copilot CLI 1.0.40.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. run plugin marketplace add passing an SSH repo's url in the format git@github.com/
  2. the command fails with remote not found
  3. look at the output, you see https://github.com is prepended to your git@github.com repo's url (see attached screenshot

Expected behavior

Pull command should be executed over SSH
