Resuming based on the alphanumeric Session ID is better
Proposed solution
I can't find the session ID anywhere now except in the ~/.copilot/session-state/<SESSION_ID>/ folder.
Resuming a session based on a AI generated title might be cute but it's so impractical when you have sessions that look almost identical in name,

This new Session ID based on a AI slop title makes it very hard to know which one you were working on. At the very least add the alphanumeric ID on the side.
