Remove automatic co-author to Copilot CLI commits or at least provide an option to disable #3181

Description

Describe the feature or problem you'd like to solve

I do not want to see any co-authors in my commits unless it's an actual person I pair-programmed with

Proposed solution

AI is a tool and nothing else. We shouldn't personify the tool. It's not a person and its barely a helpful assistant. It does what you make it do, just like any tool. It shouldn't matter which tool was used to do the job. You would never say "I built this thing with a screwdriver, a hammer, some screws, and some nails...", instead you "built this thing"

I can't figure out a way to prompt my way to remove the co-author commit message

Co-authors should not be enabled by default. I can see why it's there as a product marketing thing but there should be an option to disable it

Example prompts or workflows

The following prompt ignores my request to remove the co-author:

Commit changes in small logical groups with a one-liner commit message without any co-author
