agency copilot crashes frequently

Describe the bug

In the past two days agency copilot has been crashing mid session very frequently, here is the error I saw the last time:

Unknown, it just crashes randomly

It would be nice if it wouldn't crash :)

@gabog shared crash dumps with me. All of the crashes are due to a libuv bug that's been fixed in libuv but hadn't yet been picked up by node.js. It appears, however, that the fix just made it into 24.16.0 released today!
