Just chiming in, but it would be great to have a layered approach to prompts.

~/.prompts - for user-specific prompts
.github/prompts/*.md - for repo-level prompts

I might have prompts that are specific to a repo, and .github/prompts/*.md works there, but I might have personal prompts that I want to access via /my-custom-prompt.

Also adding to this, it would be nice to be able to add additional context after the /custom-prompt.

For example, I have a prompt i use to do git commits, but I might want to add context like a issue id or something.

Also would like intergration with .github/prompts/*.md. You can't use GitHub SpecKit propertly without it.
