Opus 4.7 Support

To support Opus 4.7, we need to upgrade the Copilot CLI version to 1.0.32. I noticed that the code in the main branch is already ready. When will there be a new release that includes Copilot CLI 1.0.32?

Is it generally safe to use the SDK with the latest CLI, i.e., with a higher version of the CLI than is listed in the GitHub.Copilot.SDK.props file?
