No suggestions if not at the right indent

I often have to set my cursor at the exact right indent for Copilot to suggest the rest of the line. I.e., if you're at the start of the line with no indents it won't suggest anything until you go to the right indent. This doesn't seem to be the case with the VSCode version. As in, it will happily suggest use Middleware::APILogs but never use Middleware::APILogs.

I'm not sure if this is the same issue or different but a similar thing I encounter a lot is that it wants you to go to the next line if it's too long to fit on the current line. E.g., if you have:

some_very_long_hash_field_that_would:
  make_the_hash_value_get_put_on_the_next_line()
new_key_you_are_adding:

And then you position your cursor at the end of new_key_you_are_adding: it won't suggest anything at all until you go to the next line since that's where it expects it to be.

That part lives in the language server SDK. The current behavior is expected but there may be forthcoming changes in the area.
