What article on docs.github.com is affected?

https://docs.github.com/en/developers/webhooks-and-events/webhooks/webhook-events-and-payloads#package

What part(s) of the article would you like to see updated?

I would like more expansion on the actual structure of the package_version object described -- it doesn't seem to match any documented objects from the Packages page, and the actual payload seems to vary from what is documented. google/go-github#2033 is related -- we're seeing an object come through as the body, when a string is expected (and documented!).

My best guess is that this data varies based on whether there's a repository associated with the package.
