What part(s) of the article would you like to see updated?

Can you provide descriptions of the use case associated with the IP addresses? We are required to allowlist our outbound traffic by IP Address. If you retrieve the data from the meta endpoint, you get 4000 ish CIDR ranges that GH uses. Many of them are associated with actions. I think these are GH runner workloads, but don't know for sure. The question I am trying to answer is do we need to allow list the CIDR ranges associated with actions if we're self hosting GH runners?
