Pull request overview

Updates the profile.org_settings reusable to reflect the current navigation flow for reaching an organization’s settings, aligning it with the updated GitHub UI.

Changes:

• Replaces the outdated “Settings next to the organization” step with “click the organization”.
• Reuses the existing reusables.organizations.org_settings steps to direct users to the org’s Settings tab.
