Back end page not working on M1

I have created a new code space using this template on Chrome and Safari on my M1 Mac and I have not been able to get ithe backend page to work
Chrome seemed to give no reason but Safari gave me the following:

Can you try to change it in SampleApp/BackEnd/Properties/launshSettings.json to 8082

Then also update "WEATHER_URL" inside of SampleApp/FrontEnd/appsettings.json

Fraudulent brokers took my money,they are use my e-mail addresses, my data....they are connected to me with some malicious server. I'm 70 years old, I don't understand the internet and crypto, so I trusted brokers, but they scammed me, they took all my money
