Add short flags for frequently used options

Description

Consider adding short flags for frequently used options:

• -d for --allow-domains
• -b for --build-local
• -k for --keep-containers

Note: Requires discussion before implementation.

Current Short Flags

Only 3 short flags exist:

• -e for --env
• -v for --mount
• -f for --follow (logs subcommand)

Acceptance Criteria

• RFC/discussion completed
• Agreed flags implemented
• Documentation updated
