Child body identifies the same Smoke Copilot - AOAI (Entra) workflow and failure run family.
Potential Relationships (For Manual Review)
#51210, #51228, and #51265 are all Smoke Copilot failed-job issues, but the only open Smoke Copilot - Issue Group in the analyzed set was #50786, which points at a different branch/workflow ref. I left these unlinked rather than attach them to a possibly stale or mismatched parent.
#51033 ([aw-failures] Fix Copilot CLI Task-tool subagent calls) likely belongs under an aw-failures grouping issue, but there was no clearly matching open parent in the analyzed set.
#51225, #51201, #51199, and #51207 are open workflow issue-group parents without corresponding obvious child issues in the current 100-issue sample.
Observations
The repository already has a strong pattern of workflow-specific Issue Group parents. Most orphaned issues were generated children whose sub-issue links had simply not been established yet.
The squad:plan set was the cleanest true hierarchy in the sample: one concept/tracking issue with milestone sub-issues that already self-identified as part of the parent.
I favored precision over recall and skipped similarity-only clusters where the parentage was not explicit.

Issues Analyzed (
issues_analyzed): 100 (Scope: open issues without parent)Overview
I found several high-confidence parent-child relationships and linked only those with explicit hierarchy signals:
Part of #...gh-awworkflow family as an openIssue GroupparentI did not create any new parent issues. The only strong clusters already had suitable parent issues open.
