Weekly maintenance pass on scratchpad/dev.md (v9.24 → v9.25). Scanned all 63 scratchpad/ spec files for marketing tone and formatting drift, fixed 10 confirmed issues across 5 source files, and logged the pass in dev.md's Document History.
Full findings and what was deliberately left unaddressed
The scan flagged roughly 15 additional items across ~10 files (long-item lists suggested for prose conversion, borderline word choices like "Better"/"easier"/"Faster" inside engineering rationale sections, and 2 checkmark-prefixed list labels in visual-regression-testing.md misidentified as pseudo-headings). These were reviewed and left as-is:
Long reference/checklist lists (file listings, fuzz-test inventories, untrusted-input lists) read better as lists than prose — converting them would reduce scannability, not improve it.
"Better resource utilization", "easier to maintain", "Faster iteration" describe genuine engineering trade-offs, not unsubstantiated marketing claims.
visual-regression-testing.md's "✅ Update when:" / "❌ Don't update when:" are meaningful checkmark-prefixed list labels; converting them to headings would remove the visual scanning aid.
dev.md was already a mature, actively-maintained consolidation (Document History goes back to v9.20, weekly cadence) with all 63 scratchpad files cross-referenced in its Related Documentation section — this was an incremental maintenance pass, not a from-scratch consolidation. The formal specs/ directory (W3C-style specifications with their own compliance fixtures) was left out of scope, consistent with this run's "Specs Directory: scratchpad/" context.
Cache-memory at /tmp/gh-aw/cache-memory/ was not accessible from this sandbox (path restricted to the repo working directory) for reading prior run history beyond what's already recorded in dev.md's own Document History; a new consolidation/latest.json was written for future runs.

No further action needed — this is a routine weekly maintenance pass.
