Quick Start has a heading "YAML frontmatter" before any introduction, under "Adding an Automated Daily Status Workflow", which is an odd first heading for a beginner.
The "AI Account" prerequisite lists several vendors with no recommended default or cost hint.
"Write access" in prerequisites vs. "maintainer" in the intro are inconsistent.
Terms like lock file, compile, engine, safe outputs are used without a glossary or link at first use.
Windows is "WSL only"; no guidance for native Windows.
No troubleshooting for failed gh extension install or auth/scope errors.
What Worked Well
Clear time estimate and prerequisites checklist with verify commands (gh --version, gh auth status).
Embedded video demo of install/add/run.
The one-command gh aw add-wizard flow is simple.
Recommendations
Quick wins: recommend a default engine, add glossary links at first use, add a troubleshooting box.
Open the Quick Start with a plain-language "What you'll build" heading.
Show sample wizard output and the resulting issue.
Longer term: highlight the top 5 commands on the CLI page with a common-use example each; add a native Windows note.
