Parent Issues Created

None. The clearest multi-issue plan already has a parent (#67184). Repeated workflow-run failure reports do not establish one shared remediation task.

Links Created

Potential Relationships (For Manual Review)

• High similarity, no hierarchy: [windows-integration] Complete Windows CLI integration failure reporting and scenario matrix #67109 and [windows-integration] Complete Windows CLI integration coverage and failure reporting #67341 request essentially the same Windows integration changes. Review for duplication or consolidation.
• High similarity, no hierarchy: [lint-monster] Add bounds checks for indexed values #67086/[lint-monster] LintMonster: guard direct slice and string indexing findings #67325 and [lint-monster] Handle unchecked and discarded results #67087/[lint-monster] LintMonster: handle ignored errors and discarded results #67326 cover the same two LintMonster finding groups in separate runs. Review for duplicate tracking before linking.
• Moderate confidence: [aw] Daily Go Test Parallelizer reported incomplete result #67339, [aw] Daily Go Test Parallelizer reported incomplete result #67321, [aw] Daily Go Test Parallelizer exhausted its prompt #67313, [aw] Daily Go Test Parallelizer reported incomplete result #67294, [aw] Daily Go Test Parallelizer exhausted its prompt #67274, and [aw] Daily Go Test Parallelizer reported incomplete result #67259 are Daily Go Test Parallelizer failure reports. They include both provider request rejection and prompt exhaustion, so a common parent would need a defined reliability work item.
• Moderate confidence: Model routing attribution: agent-writable awf-routing-outcome.json overrides runner-written routing in the unified session and audit #67279 and Tests: golden routed-run fixtures for gh aw audit model routing and token usage #67250 concern model-routing attribution and test coverage. The test task may cover the bug, but the excerpts do not establish a clear parent–child scope.

Observations

Explicit plan references gave the strongest links. Automated run-failure issues often describe incidents, so repeated titles alone were insufficient to create a parent or link them to each other.
