Potential Relationships (For Manual Review)

• Low confidence: [aw] Smoke Copilot: has model/endpoint mismatch #70641 and [aw] Smoke Copilot: has model/endpoint mismatch #70638 report a Copilot model/endpoint mismatch. They may be duplicate incidents, but neither is clearly broader, so no hierarchy was added.
• Low confidence: [agent-job-health] Engine-conformance and Pi model-routing smoke tests flaking since 2026-10-15 #70673 tracks recurring engine and Pi routing smoke failures; several individual smoke issues may relate to it, but the excerpts do not establish which failures share its root cause.
• Medium confidence: [squad:plan] Squad Game Planner - Issue Group #70508 is the Squad Game Planner workflow group and [squad:plan] Tidekeeper: tide-timing harbor puzzle game plan #70511 is its Tidekeeper plan. The group tracks workflow output, while the plan tracks project work; maintainers can decide whether an additional layer of hierarchy would help.

Observations

Workflow-generated group issues provide a clear home for findings tied to that workflow. Similar smoke-test titles alone do not establish a parent-child relationship.
