Automatically do fault investigation analysis if a fault happens

Currently we post an issue like this: fsprojects/FSharp.Data#1679

I think we could perhaps just automatically do fault analysis especially if it's a "known" repo where we're paying, e.g. github, githubnext, fsprojects, ionide and a bunch of others.

This would save us a lot of time
