Bump the AWF firewall version to v0.25.46.

What's in v0.25.46

• fix: skip node --version check under QEMU emulation in agent Dockerfile (#3136)
  • Node.js 22.22.2 segfaults when running under QEMU arm64 emulation during multi-arch Docker builds
  • Detects QEMU via /dev/.buildkit_qemu_emulator and falls back to dpkg -l nodejs verification
  • Fixes Release workflow arm64 image build failures
