Failure / Limitation Details

• Serena MCP (test Add workflow: githubnext/agentics/weekly-research #3): activate_project succeeded (Go/TS/Bash detected). The first find_symbol call returned 1 symbol (MaintenanceConfig/Compile in pkg/workflow/repo_config.go). A second find_symbol call timed out, after which all subsequent Serena tool calls failed with MCP error 0: connection closed: ... EOF. Total symbols found = 1, below the required ≥3 threshold.
• Test the compute-text step should only be lazily inserted #20 (close PR): Skipped — no dedicated test/bot PR available to safely close without disrupting active work.
