Updated instructions for creating a GitHub Fine-Grained Personal Access Token for GitHub Copilot CLI. This is to help resolve issue #1306
This will ensure that the Fine-Grained PAT Token is properly scoped to only interact with GitHub Copilot (no other permissions/resources allowed).
This would be more secure vs. a Classic GH PAT Token usage.
