Three generated step names in all qmd-enabled workflows deviated from the project's established naming patterns — inconsistent verb form for cache operations and incorrect capitalization of "qmd".

Changes

pkg/workflow/qmd.go — Updated the three step name strings:
- "Start QMD MCP Server" → "Start qmd MCP Server" (lowercase qmd consistent with all other qmd steps)
- "Cache qmd models" → "Save qmd models to cache" (aligns with "Save qmd index to cache" pattern)
- "Restore qmd models cache" → "Restore qmd models from cache" (aligns with "Restore qmd index from cache" pattern)
pkg/workflow/mcp_environment.go, pkg/workflow/mcp_renderer_builtin.go — Updated references in comments to match the new step names
10 .lock.yml files — Regenerated via make recompile (daily-doc-healer, daily-doc-updater, dev, developer-docs-consolidator, dictation-prompt, glossary-maintainer, smoke-codex, technical-doc-writer, unbloat-docs, weekly-blog-post-writer)
