Add missing glossary entry for DIFC Proxy (features.difc-proxy), which is documented in frontmatter.md and integrity.md but had no glossary definition. The term DIFC (Data Integrity and Flow Control) appears in multiple reference pages and DIFC_FILTERED events are surfaced in workflow run logs. The docs build environment has a pre-existing Node.js version constraint (requires ≥22.12.0, environment has 20.20.1) that prevents
make build-docsfrom completing. The glossary change itself is syntactically valid markdown with no structural issues.
