Bold slash command in activation comment when reactions are enabled

• Add a reaction-level config field to disable bold slash-command text in activation comments
• Pass matched slash-command and toggle env vars into activation status-comment step when reaction is enabled
• Update activation comment script to include bold slash command text by default (with opt-out)
• Add/update Go and JavaScript tests for parser/compiler/script behavior
• Run formatting and targeted tests, then full make agent-finish
