slash_command workflows can appear noisy in Actions because GitHub dispatches broad comment/body events first, then the activation check quickly exits when the command does not match. This update adds a focused FAQ explanation and guidance for reducing this noise.

- Added a new entry in docs/src/content/docs/reference/faq.md under Configuration & Setup explaining that slash commands are implemented via multi-event listeners and validated post-trigger.

- Documented two practical ways to reduce action noise:
  - constrain slash_command.events to only required surfaces
  - use label_command (LabelOps) for lower-noise command-style activation
