Design Decision Gate can complete its required outputs (ADR commit + PR comment) but still fail with error_max_turns at 10 turns. Recent runs show valid completions requiring ~11 turns, causing false-negative workflow conclusions.

  • Workflow configuration update

    • Increased engine.max-turns from 10 to 15 in:
      • .github/workflows/design-decision-gate.md
    • This aligns the turn budget with observed execution shape and avoids failing completed runs on a tight cap.

  • Compiled workflow sync

    • Recompiled lockfile to propagate the new cap into generated runtime config:
      • .github/workflows/design-decision-gate.lock.yml
    • Generated agent invocation now uses --max-turns 15 and GH_AW_MAX_TURNS: 15.
