max-patch-files:safe-output option — Controls the maximum number of unique files allowed in acreate-pull-requestpatch (default: 100). This field exists in code (safe_outputs_config.go,compiler_types.go), the JSON schema, and the full frontmatter reference docs, but was absent from the agent instructions file.integrity-reactions— Removed "Available from v0.68.2" note; the feature is now established and version-pinning notes in instructions become stale noise.Documentation Commits Reviewed
