The daily-caveman-optimizer was creating a failure issue on every first run because the generic
cache-miss-guidanceinjected into allcache-memoryprompts instructs agents to callmissing_data(reason: "cache_memory_miss")when no cache data is found — and the conclusion job treats that as a misconfiguration.The workflow already explicitly handles an absent state file as a valid cold-start condition (picks a random index), so the cache miss is intentional, not a bug.
