The test job failed because TestGetAllCodemods_ReturnsAllCodemods asserted a hardcoded codemod count (42) that no longer matched the registry (43). This updates the test to derive its count from the canonical expected order list and removes duplicated expectations.

Root cause addressed
- Replaced stale fixed count in TestGetAllCodemods_ReturnsAllCodemods with a computed count based on expected codemod order.
Test structure cleanup
- Extracted expected codemod IDs/order into a shared helper (expectedCodemodOrder()).
- Reused that helper in both:
  - count assertion test (ReturnsAllCodemods)
  - ordering assertion test (InExpectedOrder)
Why this matters
- Prevents count drift when codemods are added/removed.
- Keeps one source of truth for expected registry contents in test code.
