MCPRegistryClient used http.NewRequest (no context), making HTTP calls to the MCP registry non-cancellable — ignoring Ctrl+C and any upstream deadline from cobra command handlers.

Changes

mcp_registry.go: createRegistryRequest now accepts context.Context and uses http.NewRequestWithContext; SearchServers signature updated to SearchServers(ctx, query)
mcp_registry_list.go: listAvailableServers accepts and forwards ctx
mcp_add.go: AddMCPTool accepts and forwards ctx; NewMCPAddSubcommand passes cmd.Context() to both callers
Tests: All call sites updated to pass context.Background()
